COSUAA Listserv Policy
The COSUAA listserv has been established as a communication tool to allow for the timely exchange of information and problem resolution for COSUAA school members. This discussion group listserv is a benefit of COSUAA membership. To ensure an environment that allows for an unmonitored and free exchange of information, only current school members and former school members who have been bestowed lifetime membership may be subscribed to and participate on the listserv. Lifetime members listserv participation is not intended to be used to benefit the non-member associations. Lifetime members listserv participation is not available to lifetime members while they are employed by the U.S. Congress, or U.S. Department of Education. Retirees and non-school participants (Department of Education, Washington, D.C. Higher Education Associations, NASFAA, etc.) shall not be subscribed to the listserv. Most topics associated with the administration of financial aid are fair game for discussion. Discussion content on the COSUAA listserv should not be shared with non-members.
